Health Connection Plus is a leading provider of premium health supplements, selling Enerex products to the Canadian marketplace. Their e-commerce sales were flat and in the summer of 2019 they approached us to help them increase revenue and grow overall brand visibility to make their products easier to find and buy.
In order to grow engagement and revenue in the burgeoning health products market place, we established a content plan that incorporated a monthly blog and newsletter to engage their audience. We also were active on social media growing visibility across the major platforms. While the blogs were successful at engaging their audience and the newsletter had consistently high open and click rates, something was missing.
We added Google search ads and a remarketing to the mix to increase traffic and sales started to climb. But this wasn’t the end; our client is ambitious and engaged us on a website redesign to take Health Connection to the next level.
The original site was getting traffic but just not optimized to convert. Since it made more sense to do a brand refresh, they engaged us to redesign their website, color palate and update their logo. The results so far have been astonishing! Since launching the website in March 2020, they’ve enjoyed tremendous growth in both traffic and e-commerce metrics. In fact, there have been 29% more users vs the prior month and more of those visitors are converting. The e-commerce conversion rate is up 36%, revenue up 69% and transactions up 62%. Health Connection offers a great example of the value of an integrated digital marketing approach.
