Stikky Media is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join our growing team. The social media manager will create, manage and implement social media posts and campaigns for our clients. The ideal candidate is highly motivated and creative with a passion for connecting with customers and promoting the brands of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Creating social media strategy, planner and publishing schedule for each account
Regular posting of high quality, relevant content on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter
Development of brand awareness and online reputation
Adapt content to each social media platform, maximizing strengths for each
Manage both organic and possibly social media advertising campaigns
Analyze, measure and report on social media campaign results against campaign goals
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience managing company accounts with examples of growth
Experience creating, managing and measuring success with all major social media platforms
Proven ability to increase engagement on social media while adapting content to appropriate brand voice
Work efficiently, prioritize tasks, take initiative and stay organized
Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
Desire to learn, keep up with industry trends and incorporate relevant new platforms and strategies as they emerge
Video editing skills a plus
Remote work experience preferred
Experience reaching both B2B and B2C audiences preferred
Experience in the Canadian cannabis industry preferred
