A post on The Register, a tech blog out of the UK, in their post MalwareCleans Out Jailbroken iPhone, reports that a new virus that exploits Jailbroken iPhone's to allow hackers to silently copy data from an infected phone. The threat, first seen as a rick-roll that changed infected phones' background to a photo of 80's pop star Rick Astley, is now being used for something far more serious. It is only jailbroken phones that are vulnerable, an estimates 6-8% of all iPhone have been jailbroken.
